Sulky Sam Cartoons

These Sulky Sam cartoons and vignettes are distributed to media for use, free, at any time, and to member tracks of Harness Tracks of America for use as they choose: in past performance programs, newsletters, brochures, flyers, advertising and promotion, closed circuit television, whatever.

Each vignette is tied to its accompanying cartoon and carries informational material on harness racing.  The cartoons can be used with or without the vignettes, but the vignettes can provide readers, particularly newcomers to the sport, with a quick overview and better understanding of harness racing.
