Anti-gaming group files appeal in Ohio gaming case

The anti-gambling group Ohio Roundtable has filed an appeal in their effort to stop gaming in the Buckeye State. The filing in the Ohio Court of Appeals stems from the May 2012 dismissal of the organization’s lawsuit attempting to stop the expansion of gambling in the state. To read the brief in Robert L.
